Dominica has extensive experience leading national strategic-partnership projects and capacity-building initiatives in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has held a range of senior management and leadership roles in government, including at the Victorian Department of Infrastructure and the Department of Transport and in leading not-for-profits such as The Brotherhood of St Laurence and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.
Dominica is highly skilled in designing, developing and implementing strategic public-policy initiatives at state and federal levels, in leading national strategic engagement processes and in developing evidence-based digital content and resources for a national audience.
Dominica is a PhD candidate at Swinburne University, Melbourne, and holds a Master of Applied Science (Innovation and Service Management) from RMIT University.
