Marianne Broadbent

Marianne Broadbent is Managing Partner at the global leadership and executive search firm, NGS Global.  Her career has blended senior executive corporate, academic, and consulting roles.  She has been Senior Vice President for Gartner Inc., responsible for New Product Development and Executive Programs.  In academia, she has been Associate Dean (and Professor) at Melbourne Business School, a senior academic at RMIT University, and visiting researcher at Boston University.  Marianne is co-author of two Harvard Business School Press “best-sellers”, The New CIO Leader and Leveraging the New Infrastructure.  She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Royal Children’s Hospital’s Board IT Committee and has been a member of the Boards of the Victorian College of the Arts, and CAVAL Ltd.  Marianne was an inaugural director of Social Venture Partners Melbourne Limited and the trustee company of The Social Venture Partners Australia Fund, retiring in November 2015.
