Mark Jankelson has over 35 years of global experience in the people management business – 14 of these at CEO level in the management consulting industry, the balance with large multi-national corporations. Following his migration to Australia in the mid-1970s, he has worked with ICI, Exxon Chemical, ACI International, and Hay Group, eventually becoming Managing Director of Hay Group Pacific Region. He has spent the last ten years as a senior human resources executive at ANZ Bank. Mark is currently engaged in a portfolio of activities including running Boonderoo Company, a commercial walnut business, with his wife, Hilary; as a Senior Fellow with the Centre for Ethical Leadership at the University of Melbourne; and as Partner with the KBA Consulting Group, a value-based strategy and organizational development consultancy. Mark is a director of Social Venture Partners Melbourne Limited and the trustee company of The Social Venture Partners Australia Fund, appointed in July 2014. In November 2016 Mark took over as Chair of the SVP Melbourne boards. Mark is also Lead Partner for Kids Thrive and our 2015 investee, Good Cycles.
